Meet The Team

Colin is one of the partners in and a driving force behind the Orchard House venture. He takes care of all the operational and day-to-day issues that arise with Landlords and Tenants alike, as well as managing the Guest House.

Cathie is also one of the partners of Orchard House and supports Colin in the day-to-day operations of the Guest House. 

Tony has been supplying our landlords and tenants with quality furniture at very reasonable prices. He can get his hands on almost anything that you require for letting from a washing machine to a 3 piece suite or even a bunk bed! Best of all he can normally have it delivered within a day or so and you can choose whether you want it when he delivers it!

Seema is our very own Legal Cashier. With many years of experience working with Solicitors funds, she is ideally suited to look after our money as well as yours! Her role is to ensure that deposits are held safely and that landlords and service suppliers are paid promptly.

Pete is the outdoors type and will clear any rubbish that you might have accumulated in the garden or in the house! He also erects fences, takes cares of trees and all those other gardening jobs that nobody likes to do.

Barry is our very own resident handyman. If ever anything needs sorting
out, Barry is always available to give us his input. If he can repair it, he
will, otherwise he will most certainly be able to point us in the right
direction. Although he can turn his hand to almost any job large or small,
he particularly specialises in carpentry work and helping to prepare
properties.

Andy supports the Orchard House Team by ensuring that all the rent is collected and paid on time. He is also our chief liaison for people who have special requirements such as house sitting. His role is to routinely inspect all our managed property and ensure that the Landlords' investment is being protected. He will also report back on any work that he feels may need to be carried out to maintain the standard.

Adrian has put together our web site and adds our new properties and updates our details as we grow and improve the services we offer.  He has lived in Watford most of his life so knows what you want to know online.
